Project Profile:
Lambeth House is an existing
Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) overlooking the Mississippi
River at the intersection of Broadway and Leake Avenue, providing
Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Nursing Care Services.
The Board of Lambeth House wishes
to expand their facilities and upgrade the services offered.
E. Eean McNaughton Architects was commissioned to develop a Master
Site Plan for the campus.
The Propose Master Site Plan
includes the addition of a new Wellness Center with exercise,
recreation and dining areas; Physician's suites; a new Memory
Enhancement Unit to cater to those with dementia and Alzheimer's;
an expansion of the existing Skilled Nursing facility; and various
site landscaping and parking improvements.
The Master Site Plan also proposes
a future addition of a new apartment building for independent
living residents and renovation of selected sections of the existing
building.
E. Eean McNaughton Architects
was not the original architect for the building.
